Types of incision
Trans axillary incision
This is a method that 2~4cm cut is made in the fold of the armpit

Areolar incision
This is a method to place an 2cm incision around the patient's areola
and insert implants, which is suitable for those who experience
frequent armpit exposure like a model, an entertainer, and have a sagging breast,
who want secondary surgery, etc.
The advantages of areolar incision is that it can improve breast sagging
or remove the capsular along. However, patients with small areolas may have scars left.
Inframammary fold incision
This method is commonly used in the west to insert implants by cutting
inframammary fold area for about 3~4cm.
It is very easy to access the space where your implant will go and
gives the surgeon optimal visibility during operation.
Also, the implant position is less likely to change and recovery period is short.
However, the scar may be visible when lying down or when viewed from below.
